The Cloudconnex.ai referral program provides individuals to refer new customers to Cloudconnex.ai (Company). For each referral, the company agrees to pay the Referrer a one-time fee of $100.00 USD just for the introduction. There are no limits to the number of referrals if they meet the conditions outlined below.
Qualified Referral:
A "Qualified Referral" is defined as a new customer:
Who is not an existing or previous customer of the Company
Who attends a convenient, pre-scheduled introductory call (15-30 minutes)
The referred contact must be authorized to represent their company in a position relative to the Company's business. The Company reserves the right to refuse a referral that does not meet this specification
Payment Referral fees will be paid within 24 hours once the referred customer concludes the introductory call. Payment will be made via PayPal or Venmo.
Independent Parties
The referrer is an independent party. Nothing in the referral agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the referrer and the Company.
Termination
Either party may terminate the referral agreement at any time by providing written notice. Referrals made prior to the termination will still be eligible for payment.
Entire Agreement
The referral agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties regarding the referral arrangement and supersedes all prior understandings.
